Mission Statement
The mission of the CV Synergy program is to DEVELOP AND TEACH young ladies the physical and mental aspects of the game and to provide competitive teams within the “A” and “B” divisions. CV Synergy coaches emphasize the importance of values both on the softball field and in their personal lives, such as:
- Sportsmanship
- Discipline
- Hard work
- Determination
- Goal setting
- Leadership
CV Synergy believes that these values will make each player successful on and off the field. Winning becomes second nature when players improve on their fundamental skills as softball players through practicing and learning to play as a team. Teaching players the concept of teamwork and leadership skills will only enrich players to become quality individuals in their future endeavors. Players that work hard and embrace the team concept will succeed and prosper in the CV Synergy program.
Additionally, importance is placed on each player’s academic success by encouraging players to achieve their personal best in school which will provide more opportunities at the college level for players to succeed in softball. The CV Synergy program will help find a college that is compatible for a player and also will assist with the college application process.
